UFL Weekly Picks: Fading Stallions & Points in D.C.

The 2025 UFL season is back and, I’ve got expert picks for game lines and player props to help you make the most of the action!

For Week 4, I’m staying away from the Birmingham Stallions. Instead, I’m leaning towards the Roughnecks (+7.5). In the St. Louis vs Arlington matchup, I’m backing the Renegades (+1.5) as their run game and league-best defense gives them the edge. Finally, I’m taking the OVER in the Brahmas vs. Defenders matchup, with DC’s explosive offense and San Antonio’s brutal defense setting the stage for a high-scoring performance.

Season Record:

Josie: 5-3 (+1.64 Units)

UFL Weekly Picks

birmingham stallions vs houston roughnecks (+7.5) (-110) At FanDuel

As of now, the Stallions officially can’t be trusted against the spread. Last week, they failed to cover as 3.5-point favorites, barely managing a 10-9 win over the Renegades. Birmingham’s offense was dull, with their 278 total yards earning them just one red zone trip last week. There’s no way I am laying 7.5-points with them now.

Meanwhile, Houston secured its first dub in Week 3 despite posting just 120 passing yards. Yes, the Roughnecks allow over 339 yards per game, but the Stallions haven’t shown they can capitalize just yet.

st. louis battlehawks vs arlington renegades (+1.5) (-110) At FanDuel

I played it big with St. Louis last week, expecting them to easily cover the 6.5-point spread, but, they were humbled by the Defenders, 27-15. Luis Perez is maintaining his status, ranking second in the league with 583 yards. But, the defense is letting him down, giving up 346 total yards and three passing touchdowns in Week 3.

Allowing 103 rushing yards last week doesn’t bode well for St. Louis heading into a matchup with Arlington, especially with Kalen Ballage leading the UFL with 189 yards. Arlington’s ground attack is dangerous and their defense is stout—giving up 9 points per game, the fewest in the league.

san antonio brahmas vs DC Defenders OVER 37.5 Points (-110) At FanDuel

The Defenders are showing they’re the team to beat, standing alone as the UFL’s last undefeated squad. One the other end, the Brahmas are still looking for their first win, with a defense that’s been awful and giving up 28.3 points per game. However, they did surprisingly manage 23 points against Michigan. Is the offense starting to generating something? Anything?

DC quarterback Jordan Ta’amu is MVP material, leading the league with 606 passing yards and five touchdowns. The defense has been just as dominant, allowing just 12 points per game and forcing six turnovers. I’m expecting the Defenders to bury the Brahmas.
